Frequently asked questions
What computer do I need?
64-bit Windows 10 or 11, a large screen or a projector, speakers and a microphone.
Windows shows a warning when installing
Click “More info”, then “Run anyway”. The file is Arkeobots' official installer.
Are residents recorded?
No. There is no camera, the sound is not saved and speech is processed on the facility's computer.
Can I use it in several rooms?
Yes, with one workstation per computer. You can change computer once a month.
