Pilot Program
The IMPACTA Program
Implementation and Measurement of Arkeo Pilots for Companionship, Transformation and Autonomy
IMPACTA is Arkeobots' structured pilot program. Participating residences welcome Arkeo, our social companion robot, while we measure its real impact on residents' daily lives — with clear metrics, structured feedback and a final evidence-based report.
Three pillars, one goal
Every IMPACTA pilot is designed and measured around three dimensions of wellbeing.
Companionship
Daily social interaction and natural conversation that counter isolation, with memory games, word exercises and cognitive stimulation adapted to each resident.
Transformation
Structured routines, group activities and friction-free technology adoption that energize daily life for residents and support the care team.
Autonomy
Personalized reminders, gentle monitoring of the environment and constant availability that help residents preserve their independence.
How the program works
Alignment
We define objectives, context and expectations together with your team.
Implementation
Installation, configuration and staff training, with technical support throughout the pilot.
Measurement
Scheduled sessions and structured feedback collect data and metrics on engagement and wellbeing over the course of the pilot.
Results
A final report with findings and evidence-based recommendations for your residence.
